Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Market Sales Supervisor to manage and improve sales activities across the Alimosho area.
The supervisor will work with sales representatives to increase sales and make sure Estakem products are available across the markets and tabletops.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide sales representatives within the assigned area.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Visit markets, shops, and sales outlets regularly.
Find and develop new customers, retailers, and distributors.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.
Monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
Ensure proper distribution and visibility of Estakem products.
Collect market information and provide regular reports to Management.
Identify sales problems and suggest ways to improve sales in the area.
Requirements
OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
Previous experience supervising sales staff is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Alimosho and surrounding areas.
Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Must be hardworking, organised, and able to work with little supervision.
Must be comfortable working in the field and visiting markets regularly.
