About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Marketer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, driving sales, increasing brand awareness,and developing strong customer relationships.
You must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote the company's products/services to new and existing customers.
Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare weekly sales/marketing reports and track KPIs.
Attend marketing events, exhibitions, activations, and field visits.
Requirements
OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 1 year in the marketing field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
