Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all marketing and sales activities
Coordinate and manage all Realtor Groups and independent marketers
Serve as the primary liaison between Realtor Groups and management.
Develop and implement practical marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to align sales activities with project delivery timelines.
Collaborate with the Admin Manager to ensure proper documentation, internal coordination, and administrative efficiency.
Work hand in hand with the Accounts Manager to ensure accurate sales reporting, revenue tracking, and reconciliation.
Monitor sales pipelines, lead generation, conversions, closures, and overall sales performance.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports to management.
Uphold brand standards, ethical marketing practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of a recognized higher institution or possess a relevant equivalent qualification with 3-6 years experience
Strong computer literacy is mandatory.
Demonstrated skill and competence in marketing and sales is required.
Prior experience in real estate marketing and sales is a strong added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work across teams and manage external Realtor Groups effectively.
