Job Description


We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketer to drive customer acquisition, occupancy, and revenue growth across our coworking services.


Key Responsibilities


Actively marketing and selling hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms
Generating and converting walk-in, online, and corporate leads
Conducting field marketing activities including client visits, partnerships, and outreach
Managing digital marketing activities across social media, messaging platforms, and online listings
Following up enquiries, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships
Developing and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and packages
Tracking daily and monthly sales performance against set targets
Providing regular sales and market feedback to management


Qualifications


Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND with 2-3 years experience.


Experience:


Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition
Experience in coworking spaces, real estate, hospitality, or service-based businesses is an advantage
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with both field marketing and digital marketing channels
Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or sales tracking systems is desirable
