Job Summary

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience in the financial or microfinance sector is an advantage
Strong skills in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and communication strategies
Experience in Research, Market Analysis, and identifying target audiences
Ability to develop and execute Marketing Plans, Campaign Strategies, and Event Management plans
Proficiency in Networking, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Engagement
Understanding of Microfinance principles and financial products
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
