This role requires a confident individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for achieving targets. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels ​Present, promote, and sell company properties to prospective clients ​Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects ​Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients ​Negotiate deals and close sales effectively ​Follow up consistently with leads to drive conversions ​Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions ​Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions. ​Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. ​Requirements: ​Candidates should possess a Bachelor\'s Degree with 1-3 years experience. ​Proven experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage).
