About the role


The Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving store-level sales growth through effective local marketing execution, corporate sales development, and brand activation initiatives.
The role focuses on ensuring strong brand visibility, generating new business opportunities, executing campaigns on time, and supporting store operations to enhance customer experience and revenue performance.


Prime responsibilities and duties


Develop and execute local store marketing plans aligned to revenue targets
Generate and convert B2B leads into corporate and bulk sales opportunities
Drive revenue growth through corporate accounts, events, and institutional clients
Execute in-store branding, activations, and promotional campaigns
Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and activations across stores
Conduct market visits to monitor performance and gather competitive insights
Support stores during peak hours and gather real-time customer feedback
Collaborate closely with operations and regional teams for execution alignment
Track and report sales performance, campaign impact, and lead conversion metrics
Ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance across all touchpoints


The Person


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
4 -5 years' experience in marketing, sales, or QSR/FMCG industry •
Experience in B2B sales, events, or field marketing is an added advantage
