Summary
The Marketing/Business Development Executive will be responsible fordriving patient inflow and expanding the facility's market reach through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to enhance the hospital brand and increase awareness of eye care services.
Partnership Building: Identify and engage withHMOs, corporate organizations, and community groups to establish referral networks.
Community Outreach: Coordinate health camps, eye screening events, and awareness programs to reach potential patients directly.
Content Creation: Design and distribute promotional materials like brochures, newsletters, and digital content specifically for eye care.
Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and research market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize service pricing.
Patient Engagement: Manage patient feedback, handle inquiries about eye procedures, and implement retention strategies to improve satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
Experience: Typically 2 - 5 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, or a similar business development role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Knowledge of medical or eye care terminology is a significant advantage.
