Job Description
Role Purpose


Support the Marketing team in the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, new store openings, and day-to-day marketing operations. The role is responsible for coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met, processes are followed, and all campaign elements are delivered accurately and on time. This fixed-term position will provide operational support to maintain business continuity and deliver exceptional execution during a high-volume trading period.


Responsibilities


Own marketing competitions, ensuring the brief is clear for Graphics designer and online team. Ensure the Terms and Conditions are Approved by Brand Manager and submitted to Legal for sign off before being loaded on the website. Ensure that the Terms and Conditions are accurate and have been loaded on the website before the competition goes live. Own the competition from end-to-end.
Co-ordinate accurate prices & descriptions with Merch team on time, to ensure print deadline is not compromised
Own New store opening (NSO), relocation and closures. Liaise with external stakeholders, including Mr Price Money, to ensure the facilitation of in-store credit requirements for NSO. Coordinate with The Creativity Lab for activation activities related to NSO, ensuring all creative elements align with the brand's guidelines and messaging.
Project manage all NSO activations i.e SMS, flyers, posters, social media etc
Support in scheduling & copy that gets signed off by Brand Manager
Update the SMS tracker (with size of database for each SMS sent - this supports us being able to estimate SMS costs per send)
Attend trade meetings and take minutes on action points and share with the marketing team. Brief the relevant stakeholder where required i.e ITI agency, Graphics designer, SMS etc
Influencer sourcing letters i.e writing, distributing and tracking
Support digital marketing manager as and when required
In-store signage briefing and execution
Campaign distribution list management
BIL compilation
Distribution management and courier coordination.


Qualifications


Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Experience managing marketing campaigns from briefing through to execution.
Strong administration and documentation skills, including meeting minutes and tracker management.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively resolve execution challenges.
Good understanding of retail marketing and campaign execution.
Experience coordinating print, digital, social media, SMS and in-store marketing activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Understand Marketing principles and retail.
