Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing team with day-to-day marketing activities and campaign execution.
Assist in coordinating the delivery of marketing and branding materials to branches.
Follow up with branches and suppliers on requests, timelines and deliveries.
Assist with the organisation and coordination of events, promotions and brand activations.
Support with supplier quotations, invoices and other marketing documentation.
Assist in coordinating the dispatch and collection of marketing materials.
Maintain and update marketing trackers, timelines and activity lists.
Follow up on pending activities and flag delays or issues to the Marketing team.
Provide general administrative, communication and coordination support to the Marketing team.
Learning & Development

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing Communications or a related field.
Recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in marketing and communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, dependable and willing to learn.
Ability to follow up on tasks and work effectively with different teams.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Previous internship or exposure to marketing, communications, events or brand activations will be an added advantage.
