ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating and executing the Group's marketing plans, B2B marketing initiatives, digital marketing activities, content, brand implementation, digital assets, budgets and related marketing administration across the Group.
The role supports business growth by translating approved business and commercial priorities into practical B2B marketing, digital and content initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, support lead generation, enhance customer engagement and contribute to business development.
The role provides marketing and digital guidance to business units and works closely with the Content Team, Customer Loyalty, Engagement & Campaigns Coordinator, Sales teams, business leaders, agencies and other stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are well planned, commercially relevant, consistently branded, digitally coordinated, cost-conscious and aligned with approved business priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Professional marketing qualification such as CIM will be an added advantage.
Typically 5 - 8 years' experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, brand management, demand generation or a related marketing role.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
Experience working with Sales teams and translating commercial objectives into marketing initiatives.
Experience managing agencies, vendors and marketing budgets.
Experience in a multi-business, corporate or Group environment will be an advantage.
