Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Executivesto drive customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting field marketing activities including client visits, partnerships, and outreach
Actively marketing and selling product online and onsite
Generating and converting walk-in, online, and corporate leads
Following up enquiries, closing sales, and maintaining client relationships
Developing and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and packages
Tracking daily and monthly sales performance against set targets
Providing regular sales and market feedback to management
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND with 2-3 years experience.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition
Experience in retail,ecommerce
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Experience with both field marketing and digital marketing channels
Familiarity with spreadsheets, or sales tracking systems is desirable
Skills:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to combine traditional marketing with digital marketing strategies
Competence in social media marketing and online lead generation
Confidence in engaging corporate clients and individual professionals
Good organisational and time-management skills
Basic reporting and record-keeping ability
Self-motivation with minimal supervision.
