Job Description


We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth, expand partnerships, and increase market presence within the healthcare sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing initiatives, securing business opportunities, and promoting the hospital's eye care services to corporate organizations, HMOs, and other stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to enhance the hospital's brand visibility and increase awareness of eye care services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations for business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic business development reports.


Requirements
Educational Qualification


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.


Experience:


3 - 5 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of hospital processes, healthcare sales, and systems.
Experience with tenders and contract negotiations is an added advantage.
Proven track record of winning contracts and driving revenue growth.


Skills & Competencies:


Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Result-oriented with strong business acumen.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
