We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Lead to direct our overall marketing operations, brand strategy, and product growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's revenue targets and corporate vision.
Product Management & Launches: Drive market research, product positioning, pricing strategies, and end-to-end launch execution for manufactured product lines.
Campaign & Budget Leadership: Plan, manage, and optimize the annual marketing budget across traditional media, trade marketing, digital channels, and public relations.
Market & Trade Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, consumer insights, and distributor networks to identify new growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Production teams to align product availability with demand generation.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline. A Master's degree (MBA) or relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role within manufacturing, industrial goods, or FMCG.
Proven expertise in trade marketing, distributor channel management, brand activation, and direct-to-consumer strategy.
Strong capability in financial budgeting, marketing ROI analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
