Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
A Master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and marketing.
Strong experience in digital marketing and brand management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Team player and good analytical skills.
Proactive and good market knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Formulate marketing plans that support business growth and brand development.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Oversee marketing campaigns and ensure timely execution across channels.
Build and maintain strong brand identity across all product categories.
Coordinate with advertising agencies and partners on campaign development.
Support product launches and rollouts with strategic communication plans.
Implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
Work closely with commercial teams to promote brands and products effectively.
Manage and oversee social media platforms and online brand presence.
Execute communication guidelines from regional and global offices.
Ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives across digital channels.
Build relationships with media and key stakeholders.
Drive brand reputation through PR strategies and media engagement.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are implemented across all stores.
Support store teams with merchandising guidelines and training.
Prepare seasonal marketing budgets and monitor expenses.
Manage marketing materials and promotional inventory.
