Marketing Manager at Green Heart Kilifi
Green Heart Kilifi
October 16, 2026
Full-time
On-site
Where this role fits
You will build qualified demand, strengthen our visibility and credibility, and help prospective buyers move towards informed decisions. The role combines direct campaign and website work with planning, editorial review and coordination of colleagues and specialist support. You'll work closely with our Community Manager & Marketing Assistant, Sales, Experience and Operations teams — and you should be comfortable working in the tools, investigating problems and following work through to a verified result.
You might be a great fit if you…
Have at least five years of relevant marketing experience, with evidence of personally delivering campaigns and managing competing priorities.
Have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid campaigns on Meta or LinkedIn — budgets, testing and conversion measurement included.
Have directly managed and developed a junior team member, with concrete examples of coaching and constructive feedback.
Write and edit strongly, and can spot inaccurate claims, generic messaging and weak AI-assisted copy.
Know your way around WordPress, SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console and campaign tracking.
Have used CRM and email marketing systems to support lead generation, segmentation and nurture.
Can interpret results, make clear recommendations, coordinate suppliers and follow work through to completion.
Are warm and approachable, enjoy coaching, listen carefully and give clear feedback with empathy — and are organised, dependable and curious enough to challenge weak results or inaccurate messaging tactfully.
Bonus points
Experience in property, hospitality, destination marketing or community-based businesses.
Familiarity with Kilifi, the Kenyan property market and what buyers need to know before a significant purchase.
Experience with Zoho CRM and Elementor.
Experience developing partnerships, referral programmes and event-related marketing.
Basic design, photography or video-editing capability.
Relevant marketing or communications qualifications and platform certifications.
An informed interest in regeneration, responsible development and community participation.
