Key Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop comprehensive marketing plans.
Campaign Execution: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing programs across digital and traditional platforms (e.g., social media, email, paid ads).
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and campaign performance (KPIs) to adjust strategies and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor marketing professionals. Collaborate with external agencies and internal departments (e.g., sales, product development).
Product Marketing and Strategy: To be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, positioning drug portfolios, and driving product adoption among healthcare professionals (e.g Doctors etc) while strictly adhering to regulatory guidelines, design comprehensive marketing campaigns for new drug launches, Over-the-Counter (OTC) products, and established medical portfolios.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years experience.
