Reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the execution of marketing and brand initiatives across all the business locations in Nigeria. Working closely with the Head of Strategy, you will translate brand strategy into coordinated campaigns, retail activations, and partnerships that strengthen brand visibility and drive store performance. This role will act as the central point of coordination, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives are executed consistently across all stores, digital platforms, and marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Brand Rollout
Execute brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate campaign rollouts across all retail locations and digital channels.
Ensure marketing materials, promotions, and brand messaging are consistent across stores.
Manage timelines and delivery for campaign assets including in-store displays, digital content, and promotional materials.
Multi-Location Retail Coordination
Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives in all store locations.
Work closely with store managers to ensure campaigns and promotions are properly executed in-store.
Coordinate distribution of marketing assets, POS materials, and campaign guidelines across locations.
Monitor store-level campaign performance and customer response.
Partnerships & Collaboration Opportunities
Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and cultural activations.
Support the development of partnerships that increase brand visibility and attract new audiences.
Coordinate collaborative campaigns and ensure they align with overall brand strategy.
Retail Activations & Customer Engagement
Plan and oversee in-store events, activations, and promotional moments that drive customer engagement.
Work with the retail team to improve the in-store brand experience.
Identify opportunities to increase store traffic through creative retail marketing initiatives.
Content & Marketing Coordination
Work with internal teams and external partners to develop campaign content and marketing assets.
Coordinate social media marketing, influencer activations, and promotional communications.
Ensure brand tone and visual identity remain consistent across all platforms.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and retail promotions.
Collect insights from store teams and customer feedback to refine future campaigns.
Provide regular updates to the Head of Strategy on campaign execution and results.
Key Requirements
3+ years' experience in brand management, retail marketing, or fashion marketing.
Experience managing multi-location retail marketing campaigns.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong understanding of fashion retail trends and consumer behaviour.
Preferred Skills
Experience in fashion retail or lifestyle brands.
Experience coordinating in-store marketing across multiple locations.
Strong relationships within the fashion, media, or creative industries.
