The Marketing Manager - Flagship Brands is a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies. This mid-management role requires a creative problem-solver with strong leadership skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who can;
Identify consumer trends, competitor activities, market opportunities, and unmet needs within the category.
Utilize insights to inform brand strategies and product development.
Develop a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with the company's business objectives, encompassing brand building, product launches, market penetration, and customer acquisition and retention for the Flagship Brands
Develop and manage the budgets allocated to the Flagship brands, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.
Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
