Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning, marketing strategy, and business growth initiatives for Foton and Isuzu vehicle brands.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, executing marketing campaigns, managing customer engagement strategies, and strengthening market presence within the automotive industry.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration for Foton and Isuzu vehicle brands.
Build and manage brand positioning strategies to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and field marketing channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand activation activities to increase sales performance.
Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, online advertising, and lead generation campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare management reports.

Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Marketing or Brand Management.
Prior experience in the automotive industry is mandatory.
Strong experience managing vehicle brands, dealerships, or automobile product marketing.
Proven track record in brand strategy, campaign management, and market expansion.
