We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead revenue-driven marketing for our hotel and restaurant operations. This role is responsible for brand visibility, occupancy growth, restaurant sales, and campaign performance across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase room occupancy and restaurant covers
Manage digital marketing (social media, paid ads, email campaigns, Google Business, OTAs)
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events
Drive partnerships with corporates, influencers, travel agents, and event planners
Track performance, analyze data, and submit weekly/monthly reports
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in hotel/restaurant or hospitality marketing
Strong understanding of digital marketing, ads, and analytics
Proven ability to drive revenue through campaigns
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
