Job Summary
The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company\'s products and services, attract new customers, strengthen the brand, and support sales growth. The role involves market research, digital marketing, customer engagement, and coordinating promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Manage the company\'s social media platforms and create engaging content.
Coordinate advertising, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.
Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate and follow up on leads.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
Maintain the company\'s brand identity across all marketing channels.
Assist in preparing and managing the marketing budget.
Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development .
Experience with digital marketing and social media management is an added advantage.
