Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, providing excellent customer service, and performing administrative task to ensure smooth operations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilties
Welcomes customers and provides basic information about products and services.
Handles phone calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries.
Manages order bookings, pick-ups, and customer complaints.
Maintains a clean, organized reception area and supports daily shop operations.
Handles WhatsApp orders and online orders
Contributes to team effort when required
Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers.
Qualifications and Experience
BSc / HND / ND / NCE in any field.
2 - 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
Good communication skill.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
