The Marketing and Operations Manager will oversee both the promotion of our water products and the efficiency of day-to-day factory operations.
This position requires someone with strong leadership skills, marketing expertise, and a solid understanding of production and logistics within the FMCG or bottled/sachet water industry.
Duties
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand visibility and product sales.
Identify new market opportunities, distribution channels, and customer segments.
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitors, providing regular feedback to management.
Oversee daily operations of the water production facility, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Coordinate production schedules, inventory, and supply chain logistics.
Ensure strict compliance with NAFDAC, SON, and health/safety regulations.
Manage and supervise production and delivery teams to meet output targets.
Requirements
HND / OND / BS.c Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or operations, preferably in FMCG or water/beverage industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for drinkable water production (e.g., NAFDAC).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Must be organized, proactive, and target-driven.
Must be residing in Iba town or its environs in Ojo local government.
