Overview:


A fast-scaling global SaaS company in the compliance automation space is looking for a tech-savvy, data-driven marketing operations specialist to take ownership of their marketing engine and turn it into a high-performing, fully optimised growth machine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building intelligent workflows, improving funnel performance, and leveraging AI and automation to create scalable, high-impact marketing systems.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Manage and optimise the HubSpot CRM, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation and campaign setup
Build and implement automated lead nurturing and engagement journeys
Develop dashboards and reports to track key marketing performance metrics and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing and use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Oversee lead flow from acquisition through to sales handover, ensuring data accuracy and proper scoring models
Identify manual or inefficient processes and introduce AI-driven and automated solutions
Maintain integration between marketing platforms to ensure clean, reliable data
Document processes and create best-practice guidelines for scalability
Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders on marketing systems


Requirements:


2-3 years' experience in a Marketing Operations / Growth Operations / CRM-focused role
Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot (essential)
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management and campaign performance tracking
Proven ability to analyse data and optimise workflows for improved conversion
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment is highly advantageous
Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms (e.g. Make, n8n, Clay or similar) is beneficial
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
