In this role, you will report to the Global Portfolio Manager, with a dotted-line reporting to the General Manager. You will form part of the PC Chamdor management team, contributing to strategic direction and operational success.

Your Mission:
Lead the development and execution of global marketing and product strategies aligned with the Underground Division's growth objectives.
Lead the full product portfolio lifecycle, from market analysis and development to launch and eventual phase-out, ensuring strategic alignment and market success.
Partner with R&D and stakeholders to drive the most impactful projects, turning business priorities into sustainable, profitable growth.
Monitor that products are manufactured at optimized and highly competitive costs while maintaining industry-leading lead times and uncompromised quality.
Enable commercial success by supporting Customer Centers with marketing initiatives, sales tools, and impactful product training.
Drive market success by analysing trends, identifying growth opportunities and partnerships and managing successful product launches.
Ensure we efficiently manage our export services and trade compliance for all PC Chamdor products.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in marketing and product management, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert market insights into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated leadership and effective stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 30%, including some international travel.
