Marketing Representative at Ebony Estates Limited

We are seeking a Marketing Representative to promote its property portfolio, generate qualified enquiries and help clients find properties that meet their needs. The role involves digital marketing, client follow-up, property viewings and coordination with the sales and property management teams.


Key responsibilities


Market available residential and commercial properties through online listings, social media, WhatsApp and other suitable channels.
Prepare clear, accurate property descriptions and keep listings, prices and availability up to date.
Respond promptly to inquiries, understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, then follow up with prospective tenants and buyers.
Build relationships with clients, landlords, agents and referral partners.
Track inquiries, viewings and leads, and provide regular updates on marketing activity and results.
Support marketing campaigns, property events and other sales activities.


Requirements


Sales experience and a proven ability to meet targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaigns.
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good organisation and the ability to follow through on client enquiries.
