Responsibilities
Actively promote and market the company's real estate products
Develop and execute rmrketirg and sales strategies to company targets
Identify r-Ew business opportunities ard follow lecds
Conduct property inspections and client site tcurs
Manage client inquiries, provide professiornl advice, and maintain relationships
Maintain records of sales activities and prepare weekly/rnonthly reports
Represent the cornpany at real estate events, expos and networking opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketirv Business Adrnin or related fields
1—3 years of experience in sales/nuketing (real estate experience a plus)
Excellent cornmulication, negotiation. and hteq*rsmal skills
Self-rnotivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
Strong presentation and skills
Ability to build trust and connect with high-net-worth individuds
Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate
