Purpose
Drive sales and manage all promotional spaces, exhibitions, and advertising inventory. Ensure effective event execution, maximise revenue, and support marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve sales targets across exhibitions, events, and advertising
Generate new business through direct sales and client engagement
Identify and grow revenue opportunities
Event & Exhibition Management
Plan and oversee exhibitions and promotional events
Manage bookings, schedules, and on-site execution
Ensure quality standards and compliance
Track and report on event performance
Sponsorship & Partnerships
Secure sponsorships and partnerships
Build and manage stakeholder relationships
Operations & Administration
Maintain booking schedules, contracts, and client records
Manage invoicing, reporting, and financial processes
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with tenants, service providers, and internal teams
Support marketing communications and campaigns
Handle queries and resolve issues
Team Support
Assist with marketing initiatives and events
Available for weekend/after-hours work as required
Requirements
Relevant diploma or degree
2-3 years' marketing or sales experience
Strong administration and project management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
Valid driver's licence and own transport
