The Role

As Marketing Specialists, you will own our B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing strategy across Nigeria and lead campaigns tied to our expansion plans.
You'll build multi-channel programmes that acquire users, deepen engagement, and keep them coming back — all while championing a brand that is changing how people experience healthcare.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You'll work closely with our Data, Communications, Product, and Clinical teams. You should be as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a brand strategy deck.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences
Design multi-channel campaigns (social, email, content, influencer, promotions) to drive acquisition and long-term engagement
Own and evolve mDoc's brand identity — look, feel, voice, and value proposition
Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more
Create personalised outreach campaigns tailored to member demographics
Build and launch a pilot affiliate and influencer marketing programme
Develop enterprise account marketing strategies and launch campaigns
Create industry-specific case studies and pitch materials for B2B partners
Direct content strategy and calendar; manage internal teams and freelancers
Drive SEO through strategic content development
Grow and optimise email marketing for reach and conversion
Streamline operations — build an internal self-serve resource hub with templates and brand assets
Analyse campaign metrics continuously and make data-driven decisions
Manage agency relationships and surface new marketing opportunities

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of marketing experience with a strong track record
Proven brand management, social growth, SEO, email, and new product launch experience
Analytical mindset — you use metrics to make decisions, not just report on them
Excellent communicator across diverse audiences
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
Comfortable with digital tools, data analytics, and Google/MS Office
Able to manage competing priorities and deliver on tight timelines
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building in a startup environment
Based in or willing to relocate to Lagos or Abuja
