Key responsibilities:

Conduct data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives
Map current state processes and design future state improvements
Support implementation of process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness
Collect, analyse, and interpret marketplace performance data
Create reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Identify trends and patterns that inform improvement recommendations
Assist in planning and executing continuous improvement projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives
Document processes, procedures, and project outcomes
Support change management activities related to process improvements
