KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Provide professional massage treatments including relaxation and therapeutic massages
Perform body and spa treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment.
Ensure high standards of hygiene and professionalism during all treatments.
Educate clients on wellness practices that support relaxation, muscle recovery, and overall well-being
Maintain accurate client treatment records and monitor client feedback Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat visits.


QUALIFICATIONS


Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or a related field
Proven experience providing professional massage therapy treatments.
Knowledge of various massage techniques and wellness practices.
Experience in basic facial treatments and waxing will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
