Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional massage treatments to guests in a safe and courteous manner.
Prepare and maintain massage/treatment rooms to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Clean, sanitize, and arrange treatment rooms before and after each guest.
Change and replenish towels, linens, toiletries, and other room supplies.
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
Ensure guests receive a comfortable, relaxing, and professional experience.
Handle and store used linens appropriately.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, and shortages of supplies to the supervisor.
Maintain a professional appearance and excellent guest-service standards.
Assist with general room-stewarding duties as required.
Requirements:
Certificate or training in Massage Therapy is an added advantage.
Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Room Steward, Spa Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role.
Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and room-cleaning procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Well-groomed, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guests\' privacy.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
