Job Purpose


The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in the transport rail manufacturing industry. Participants will experience a dynamic and challenging work environment, collaborating with various teams across the organization. The role includes servicing and maintaining high‑quality products, as well as supporting the monitoring of compliance with Gibela's requirements and standards.


Key Responsibilities


Execute TSSSA Material planning and Inventory strategies in coordination with Industrialization and Operations.
Define parts typology (based on ABC, variability, business type) for defining planning tactics and to support Line replenishment.
Define and set-up MRP parameters to implement material planning strategies.
Analyze Inventory content for correct planning strategies.
Support finance for inventory depreciation calculation.
Implement and manage improvement plan in regard of Inventory reduction.
Measure performance in material planning (material availability) and inventories.


Minimum Requirements


Btech in Supply chain management/Logistics/Industrial engineering
No previous work experience
South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
Excellent communicate skills in English
MS Office literate
