Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Nursing & Midwifery, current NMCN license
Additional nursing management qualification is an advantage
Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills
Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
