QUALIFICATIONS
HND / BSc in Mechanical Engineering or suitable equivalent.
3 - 5 years working experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire-fighting Systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in common design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Carrier HAP and others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Project management and leadership skills.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produce BOQs / BEMEs and detailed drawings for mechanical services projects as necessary.
Negotiate with clients / consultants in getting the best deal for projects in terms of customer satisfaction and maximization of profit for the company.
Oversee and supervise projects from inception to completion with the required installation and safety standards.
Liaise closely with other professionals, including consultants (MEP and structural engineers), architects, in-house project teams in order to accomplish successful project completion.
