Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple locations.
Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQS, material submissions, proposals.
Supervise and direct internal maintenance technicians and monitor daily task execution.
Identify and resolve MEP related technical issues promptly.
Prepare weekly and monthly report.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems including electrical installations, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, water sewage plant, HVAC, drainage, fire protection, power distribution, lighting systems and building utilities.
Excellent project coordination, site supervision, contractor management, quality control, troubleshooting and commissioning skills with the ability to identify technical faults and recommend practical solutions.
Strong reporting, cost-control, documentation, safety-compliance and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should possess Bsc/HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years proven in MEP systems coordination, project supervision, facilities engineering and technical systems installations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant design tools
Must have practical experience managing MEP works on commercial and infrastructural projects with strong knowledge of drawings interpretation, site execution, testing, commissioning, contractor and technicians supervision.
