KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Service and refurbish standby spares and equipment, and ensure they are ready for utilization.
Spearhead critical preventive schedules as assigned on SAP.
Carry out improvement activities within the plant as directed by engineers.
Suggest the replacement of parts and recommend installation of new equipment and modifications.
Liaise with engineers and stores to ensure optimal stock levels of spare parts.
Suggest and carry out performance improvement modifications.
Assist the supervisor in overseeing the operations of maintenance section and the management of the team.
Perform any other duty(ies) as will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical system maintenance.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals.
Proficiency with hand tools.
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear).
Certificate of good conduct.
Basic computer literacy.
