As a Media Buyer, you will work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-converting campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities


Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions, reach, engagement, and ROI
Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages
Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies effectively
Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports
Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates
Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives
Stay updated on advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices
Recommend strategies to scale successful campaigns profitably


Requirements


Minimum of 3 years experience in media buying or paid advertising
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performance
Strong understanding of customer targeting and funnel strategy
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously


Preferred Skills


Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations
Basic understanding of copywriting and landing page optimization
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
