REQUIREMENTS:
Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma qualification in Clinical Medicine and Surgery, Nursing, Orthopaedic and Trauma Medicine, Theatre Nursing, Peri-Operative Theatre Technology, Applied Biology, Medical and Health Sciences, Public Health or a related field.
Must be TVETA Registered and Licensed.
Must have a Technical education certification (pedagogy).
Proven experience in the relevant profession.
High level of reliability, flexibility and effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for training and desire to create lasting impact on learners and the industry.
Ability to work with diverse student groups and meet their learning needs.
Professional training experience in a college will be an added advantage.
