Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Medical Equipment Sales Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with medical equipment and a basic understanding of sales.
This role combines technical expertise with sales responsibilities, focusing on promoting, demonstrating, and supporting medical equipment to healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities
Demonstrate proper use, functionality, and benefits of medical equipment to clients
Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for installed equipment
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups on sales leads
Conduct market visits to generate new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory updates
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and after-sales support
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, or any related field
0 - 2 years experience in sales (preferably medical or technical sales)
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with medical equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and negotiation skills
Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them clearly
Must be proactive, result-driven, and willing to learn
Proximity to Ikeja or willingness to commute is an added advantage
