Requirements
Must possess a BSc or an HND in Health Records and Information Management
Must have a valid Professional Registration and Practicing License from the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria
Must have completed his/her National Youth Services Corps program;
Must accurately register, manage and maintain patients information in both electronic and physical format
Must ensures compliance with the NHMIS daily general attendance
Must maintain confidentiality of patient health information
Must ensure regular update of patients information
Must ensure easy access and retrieval of patient data as required
Must support the hospital data and reporting needs by ensuring timely and monthly submission of medical records report to the Chief Operating Officer
Must work closely with other departments to delivery exceptional customer services to the customer
Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite;
Must be teachable and courteous,
Must be resident in Surulere or its environs.
