Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-NYSC experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples.
Analyze and interpret test results accurately and promptly.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
Document and report findings to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs.
Maintain accurate records and inventory of laboratory supplies.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).
Valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
Minimum of 2years post-NYSC experience in a clinical laboratory.
Proficiency in laboratory information systems and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
