Job Summary:
Oyomesi Specialist Hospital is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to support accurate diagnosis and quality patient care through laboratory testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high laboratory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests
Analyze samples and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Maintain proper documentation and records of laboratory activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage of laboratory reagents and supplies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a hospital or diagnostic setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
