We are seeking a committed and adaptable Medical Officer to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be flexible with work timings, eager to learn, and ready to undergo a mandatory 2-week voluntary shadowing and orientation period prior to official employment. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across various hospital departments while delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Participate actively in ward rounds, patient reviews, admissions, and discharges.
Support emergency response and provide on-call coverage when required. Assist in emergency surgical cases when required
Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic patient management.
Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and documentation in line with hospital protocols.
Adhere to ethical and professional medical practice while upholding patient confidentiality.
Engage in continuous professional development and adopt a willingness to learn new medical and surgical practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent.
Registered and licensed with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Internship completion in an accredited hospital.

Valid ACLS & BLS certification mandatory
