We are seeking a qualified, dedicated, and patient-focused Medical Officer to join our clinical team.
The successful candidate will provide safe, effective, and evidence-based medical care while supporting clinical operations across various units of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and clinical protocols.
Clerk, assess, diagnose, treat, and follow up on patients.
Participate in ward rounds, on-call duties, and emergency care services.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential medical records.
Collaborate effectively with consultants, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Adhere to clinical governance, patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement standards.
Requirements
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
Full registration and a valid practicing licence with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification clinical experience.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
