What You'll Do
Provide exceptional client service, acting as the first point of contact for updates and questions
Manage a high-volume caseload with precision and care
Use RingCentral and Casee case management system daily
Identify pending medical records and billing requests
Contact medical facilities via phone or written communication
Review and interpret previously submitted medical records
Enter detailed notes of communications with providers
Set follow-up dates and escalate issues to assigned paralegals
Maintain electronic files and ensure timely case progression
Skills & Qualification
Experience with medical records management in a legal or healthcare settin
Proficiency in RingCentral and Casee (or similar systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle heavy call volum
Excellent communication skills - verbal and writte
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmen
