Role Overview


We are looking for a motivated Graduate Medical Sales Representative to support the growth of our retail pharmacy business. This is an entry-level, field-based role for a graduate who understands the pharmaceutical industry and is ready to build a career in sales. You will manage an assigned territory, ensuring our products are available in pharmacies, well positioned and actively recommended by pharmacy teams.


Key Responsibilities


Territory Coverage: Follow a structured daily call plan and consistently visit pharmacies within your assigned territory while building strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
Stock & Availability: Monitor stock levels during visits and follow up on replenishment to minimize stock-outs and maintain consistent product availability.
Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure products are properly displayed and visible within pharmacies. Support placement of point-of-sale and branding materials where applicable.
Demand Generation: Build pharmacy staff knowledge and confidence in our products by clearly communicating product benefits and key selling points.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase product uptake, secure orders and strengthen the presence of our brands within the territory.
CRM Reporting: Record field visits and relevant market information on the company CRM (Senri), including stock levels, orders, competitor activity and product visibility.
Market Intelligence: Gather and report useful information on competitor products, pricing, promotions, new launches and other developments within the market.


Required Qualifications & Skills


Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences or a related science field.
A business-related qualification will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical terminology and pharmaceutical supply chain.
Strong communication, presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using mobile applications and CRM systems for field reporting.
Self-driven, organized and able to manage an assigned territory effectively.
Willing and able to work primarily in the field, with regular travel within the assigned territory.
