Summary


This role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring customers understand the benefits and proper usage of our medical equipment.
The candidate must be target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced sales environment.


Responsibilities


Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction and conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales pitches.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress against targets.
Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for strategy improvement.
Utilize CRM and sales software to track pipeline activities effectively.


Educational Level


Must have: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any Health related field.


Working Experience:
Must have:


2+ years' experience in sales and marketing especially in pharmaceutical sales.


Skills & Competencies:


Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and training.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Adaptability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
