Job Purpose
We are a growing medical supplies company committed to providing quality medical products and solutions to healthcare institutions and professionals. We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the companys medical products to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, pharmacies and other potential customers.
Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular customer visits and introduce customers to the company\'s products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Follow up on leads, quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities and opportunities.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities and market trends.
Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, medical events and other promotional activities.
Work closely with the sales, customer care, procurement and logistics teams to ensure effective customer service.
Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of the healthcare market.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Minimum 3 years in medical sales, healthcare, customer service or business development.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
